Sunday morning. December 14, 2025 Diabetes Zero will be present at the Christmas markets a Elmas, in Church Square, for raising awareness of diabetes.  

The initiative will be carried out in collaboration with the Pro Loco, as part of the "Childhood age diabetes prevention" project funded by the Municipality of Elmas, and will be repeated on Sunday, December 21.

The association, with volunteers and health professionals, will provide information and offer useful advice on both how to best manage the various forms of diabetes and how to prevent type 2 diabetes, with a focus especially on children. In particular, it will be possible to contact a dietitian, for food and lifestyle concerns, and to two psychologists, for emotional support and questions about psychological well-being.
