Become a member

If you would like to join the association, the first step is to fill out our online form.

Once you have filled out the membership form or if you are already our member and want to renew your membership, pay the membership fee (minimum contribution 20 euro) in one of three possible ways:

If you don't love technology, you can fill out the application form and get it to us in one of the following ways:

Remember to sign the form otherwise the data processing consent is invalid!

Make a donation

Members have rights but also obligations to the association: if you do not want to make this commitment, you can still support us financially with a donation. You can do it by bank transfer or Paypal, as explained in the section "Become a member."Keep in mind that for a donation made to our association you can take advantage of deductions or deductions for Irpef purposes. Legal persons who make a liberal donation to us can also take advantage of deductions when calculating the income tax due.

If you want, you can support Diabetes Zero!

We invite all those who wish to support the ZERO DIABETES Association to consider donating 5x1000 of their income tax to it.

Doing so involves no expense and is an option in addition to 8x1000 and 2x1000: it is not an alternative to these.
